CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance.

To cancel an appointment, please call 09 948 9066, or make contact directly with your Physio. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, talk to your Physio to book the next available time.

Any no-shows will be handled by the appointed Physio. We understand mistakes happen, so we’re happy to let the odd one go. After this, your Physio may ask for a fee of $35 to be paid for clinical appointments. This cannot be billed to ACC or your private insurer.
